by Jamie Sanford on April 27, 2011

Sights and Sounds #12 already. Time flies when you’re posting random videos from the internet.

I forgot to share the “dance version” of Britney’s new video for “Till the World Ends.”

Speaking of Britney dancing, her upcoming tourmate Nicki Minaj loves some wigs, and the MTV Buzzworthy blog is serving up a gallery of her greatest hair hits.

Dear Adam Lambert,

Love, Jamie

Glee girls on the cover of Marie Claire. Love that Amber Riley made it, but would love to see Jenna Ushkowitz, Naya Rivera and Heather Morris as well.

This kid is my hero.  Dancing right there in the Apple store, my favorite bit is when he turns around and dances at the girls behind him like “HEY” as opposed to being embarrassed about it.

Sunday Link Party!

by Jamie Sanford on September 20, 2010

Photo of the Week. I’m in St. Louis this weekend to see my one of my best friends, David FM Vaughn, as Lord Farquaad in the US National Tour of Shrek the Musical. I don’t have pictures from the tour yet, but I do have this one that I love, taken during the Broadway run of the show, one night while waiting on the stage for David to come out.

Confetti and the orchestra pit.

Confetti from the cannons and the swamp-i-fied orchestra pit.

Jerry Rodgers on Flickr has an amazing set of photos of the Fox Theatre in St. Louis, where Shrek is currently playing.

It is almost the end of September, have you started your holiday shopping yet?

Florence Welch of Florence & The Machine at the VMAs, wearing Givenchy and serving it. Gorgeous.

It’s gotta be short this week, I was away and it’s 10:30 and I’m ready for bed. Leaving for vacation on Tuesday, next week’s will probably be short as well.

I love Marcel, the Shell with Shoes On. Watch and enjoy.

Daria: The Complete Animated Series on DVD

by Jamie Sanford on May 9, 2010

I was so excited to see that Daria was finally coming to DVD.

So were the folks at Entertainment Weekly, with whom I generally share many opinions.

I see myself buying this for friends I’ve known since Daria was on the air, the ones that are still as snarky as ever.

Daria: The Complete Animated Series on DVD is released this coming Tuesday, May 11, and is available from Amazon now for $44.99.
