I started taking a vitamin after my doctor told me that if I wanted to even consider having a child that I should be taking something with folic acid in it. I had been weirdly lazy about taking vitamins before that point, but now they are just a regular part of my routine, and come on, it isn’t like it is hard to take a pill once a day.

So I started with some basic ones that were just labeled “women’s multivitamin” and provided folic acid. When I was running out, I decided to do a bit of research, and found the Rainbow Light Women’s One Multivitamin on Amazon. It had great reviews that largely suggested that it didn’t cause stomach problems of any kind, which was good enough for me. I bought a bottle and went on my way.

I have really nothing to say about many of these claims. More on that in a moment.

Ha! I’m glad I didn’t want to comment on the claims on the front, because there’s that tiny font telling me that the FDA has nothing to do with those claims either. Oh Rainbow Light, stick to the delivery of essentials in a convenient pill.

Here’s where we get to the good part though – I truly believe that my nails and hair have become stronger and are growing faster since I started taking this vitamin. I stopped biting my nails 6 years ago, and a constant struggle has been trying to keep them long, since I was always breaking them. I am breaking them much less now, and they grow so fast! My hair has been growing really fast as well, which I’m completely happy with.

The Rainbow Light Women’s One Multivitamin is available on Amazon.
